200 Hour Yoga Training Training- Starts February 8 - May 10 , 2025 (Saturdays and Sundays)
Meetings are: Saturdays 12:00pm- 6pm & Sundays 9am - 6pm.
The training is divided into five modules across 13 weeks that explore Ashtanga Vinyasa, Asana teaching (in its various formats of Hot Vinyasa, Sol Flow, and Yin), Assists, Anatomy, and Meditation.
You will be able to explore the philosphy and goal of yoga in a profound way. You will come out of the training with greater purpose and with the tools necessary to create a sacred and healing space for yourself and others, and know how to create and teach an entire class in all of our modalities.
This training is rigorous physically, mentally, and emotionally. We will be training ancient practices designed to encourage self reflection and excavation. If you are going to teach you must become profficient in these skills.
We will be working as a close group. For this to be successful there must be cohesiveness in the cohort, if for any reason a participant is disruptive of the group, non participatory, or disrespectful they will be asked to leave the training. There are no refunds.
