OLD WORLD TECHNIQUES FOR A MODERN ERA
Your body is the Perfect Instrument and it's unique to you. These Strength and Conditioning classes will use body weight calisthenics, kettlebells, olympic lifts as well as qigong and meditation techniques.
Lead by Thomas, everyone will warm up, sometimes learning a skill or movement that will be incorporated into the WOD, Workout of the Day. The workout itself will last for about 15-20 minutes on average, and will cool down and stretch the last 15 minutes.
Building Strength with Functional Movement is Thomas's specialty and we're glad he's back out there sharing his knowledge.
