Dive into the depths of self as you learn how to use yoga as a tool for self-awareness, purification, and connection. This training shows the student, not only how to teach a strong, meaningful, centered practice, but how to apply these ancient practices in your everyday life.

This advanced teacher training is lead by Claudia and Thomas with special guest teachers sprinkled throughout the training.

It is intended for those that have already completed a 200 hour teacher training and are really looking into getting deeper into their yoga knowledge and become masterful in the art of teaching yoga .

This training begins, Thursday October 19, 2017 and ends Sunday, January 21, 2018.

It is a 12 week training that meets Thursdays 5:45pm- 10pm & Sundays 9am - 6pm.

There are 180 contact hours and 20 hours of home work and readings.

The training is divided into five modules that explore Ashtanga Vinyasa, Asana teaching (in its various formats of Hot Vinyasa, Slowburn, Yin, and Yinyasa), Assists, Anatomy, and Meditation.
