This advanced teacher training is lead by Claudia and Thomas with special guest teachers sprinkled throughout the training.
It is intended for those that have already completed a 200 hour teacher training and are really looking into getting deeper into their yoga knowledge and become masterful in the art of teaching yoga .
The course covers modules in asana, masterful sequencing, meditation, anatomy, kriyas for cleansing, many forms of pranayama, in depth hands on assisting, kirtan-how to lead chanting, mantras, sanskrit the traditional language, chakras, bhakti- the yoga of devotion, Jnana Yoga - the scriptual study of the yoga sutras, the Bhagavad Gita and other ancient texts.
The training embodies a thorough journey into the six expressions of yoga: Jnana, Raja, Bhakti, Hatha, Karma, and provides a profound understanding of the art and science of this ancient wisdom to be used as a tool for great and ultimate liberation-moksha.
The schedule runs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for six months on every other weekend. Friday 5:30-10pm, Saturday 11:30am- 6:30pm, Sunday 9:30am- 5:30pm. Click here for Registration Information

MODULE 1: THE FOUNDATIONS MODULE (2 WEEKS)
This is the foundation of the training. It provides the groundwork and root for the rest of the 300 training. We review the Ashtanga Vinyasa short series and then explore the secondary series. We become masterful at the practices of pranayama, meditation, and engage in asana clinics to review the study of postures in different body shapes and sizes. Full hands on assists workshops to become proficient in the art of connecting with touch and our words. There will be an entertaining review of yoga history and philosophy, and insight into the yogic lifestyle, ethics, ahimsa and how to live your yoga. Module 1: Weeks 1 and 2 - April 6, 7, 8, 20, 21, 22
MODULE 2: THE EXCAVATION MODULE (2 WEEKS)
This Module explores the Anatomy and Physiology of our bodies at a higher degree and understanding. We learn how to modify for injury and special populations. Deep excavation into the body layers including energetic anatomy, chakras, nadis will happen. We review the sister school of Yoga with Ayurveda and the science behind the Kriyas and how they can be added into daily practices and rituals. We will learn skills on assisting those with limitations and how to use our words to help navigate classes that assist others in excavating their own practices in a deep healing way. We explore the yoga within and dare to see beyond the two eyes. Module 2: Weeks 3 and 4 - May 4, 5, 6, 18, 19, 20
MODULE 3: THE JNANA-KNOWLEDGE MODULE (2 WEEKS)
This is the module that takes a dive into the philosophy of yoga. We will tap into the knowledge of the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, we explore basic understanding of Sanskrit and learn the essence behind the Gods/ Goddess and Deities. We journey into learning kirtan and chanting and how to lead these in yoga practices in a class or gathering. This is the module that opens the sacred into its many possibilities. Module 3: Weeks 5 and 6 - June 22, 23, 24, July 27, 28, 29
MODULE 4: THE TANTRIC MODULE (3 WEEKS)
This module embodies the essence of creativity and expression. We journey into the realm of smart and purposeful sequencing. We get into the heart of vinyasa and explore the varying modalities within its expressive format from hot vinyasa to slowburn to creative practices that sustain postures for longer holds. Through vinyasa asana clinic, we will use the pose to get into our bodies. We look at the energetic body and learn the fluidity of prana and the varying vayus. In this module, we practice teach to develop a greater skill and refinement of our own presence and the way we hold sacred space. Through the heartfelt use of music, theme’ing and weaving inspirational threads of insight we deepen our ability to provide greater depth to our offerings. Module 4: Weeks 7, 8 and 9 – August 10, 11, 12, 24, 25, 26, September 7, 8, 9
MODULE 5: THE THERAPEUTICS MODULE (2 WEEKS)
This module is the lunar module. This is the one that offers deepening into the nurturing qualities of the yoga practice. We will blossom the teachings of Yin, meditation, pranayama, pratyhara and yoga nidra. We tap into our inherent nature to heal and how to transcend these capabilities. There will be lifestyle lectures on the psychology of humans and we all begin to tap into the essence and seeing nature of heartwork.
Module 5: Weeks 10, 11 – September 21, 22, 23, October 5, 6, 7
MODULE 6: THE CONNECTIONS MODULE (WEEKEND RETREAT) The one that reminds us that we are already whole. Purposely it is set up as a retreat to steep into the oasis of inner seeing. We dive into the vibration of noble silence for 36 hours. Then we begin the art of listening and empathic communication. We will discuss the business of yoga and how to navigate as a teacher in this new age of Facebook, Instagram, and media in graceful way. How to offer workshops and events that are skillful and fulfills the needs of those you offer your teachings. We offer tools for connection and how to create a spirit of community wherever you are. This is a retreat into connection with grace, others and very importantly, ourselves. Module 6: Week 12 - Thursday- Sunday, October 18, 19, 20 ,21
