200 Hour Yoga Training Training- Weekdays- Starts January 2025 (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9am-2pm)
Meetings are: Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays 8:45-2pm
The training is divided into five modules across 13 weeks that explore Ashtanga Vinyasa, Asana teaching (in its various formats of Hot Vinyasa, Sol Flow, and Yin), Assists, Anatomy, and Meditation.
You will be able to dive deep into the understanding and goal of yoga. You will come out of the training with greater purpose and with the tools necessary to create a sacred and healing space for yourself and others.
Training Investment is $3200, early bird registration gives you $200 off if you register by December 1st 2024.
