Ashley has over 12 years of experience in the study and practice of yoga. She began her yoga journey with the ashtanga primary series and quickly began to see that this “yoga” was so much more than a physical practice. Yoga became her meditation. A method of quieting the mind and truly feeling into the intuitive, loving nature of the heart. In 2017 her heart led her to her first 200 hour teacher training with Practice Yoga Austin, studying alignment based yoga. Then in 2019 she was lead right into the doors of Del Sol and got another 200 hour level training studying directly under Claudia and Thomas. Shortly after she began teaching and traveled to India to be immersed in this sacred practice. She is passionate about sharing the tools that have been so transformational in her life. She believes that by using the breath and the body to quiet the mind, we may connect with our own true Divine Self.
